Jiri Petras wins the award for the first international language file for Phrogram - thanks Jiri!

This one, when unzipped into the Phrogram install folder, will replace all IDE UI strings and error messages with their Czech translations.  He is working now on translating the Core.Libraries.XML file, which will also translate the intellisense in the code editor, as well as all the Class Library Browser content.
