This program is similar to Countfour-v3.kpl, which shows how a helper function can be used to manipulate user inputs by setting a global variable. While this program also uses helper functions, it shows further flexibility by creating arrays of positive and negative numbers (the total number of integer inputs can then be specified by user input as well as the integers).
