Muito Obrigado! to Emilio Malaman for providing this Portuguese translation of the Phrogram IDE and class library definitions.  Just unzip these to the Phrogram install folder and restart the IDE! 

If you think you might need to revert to the english language translation at some point, just copy KPL.Core.Libraries.xml and KPL.Game3D.xml and KPL.StringResources.xml down into an EnglishLanguage subfolder so you can copy them back later.
