Not everyone who purchases joins the web community and we don't always know how to correlate purchasers (of any version) with people active in the forums.
We could send a system-wide email to everyone registered on the site to email admin@phrogram.com
if they would like to check to make sure they have the roles needed in their
profile to have access to the support forum.
I will put that on my "to do" list.
