The old KPL "ScaleSprite" method used a real number, with 1.0 denoting 100%
The Phrogram Sprite.Scale method uses two real numbers with 100.0 denoting 100%
(1) Is this intentional? Why change terminology?
(2) At this stage clearly we will have to stick to this anomaly, but method documentation should state the "scale" of scale. Currently both functions have the same documentation in the clas browser.
