While developing my own classes I did not find much in the way of documentation on what was supported, or the syntax of building a Phrogram class.  Through experimentation and scouring other files, I've located some examples of their use and put together a paper and example program on designing classes.  It is located in the Downloads section.  I have also attached an edited version to this post.
