Meo has provided us with this excellent package for using Phrogram in Italy.  Just unzip the contents into the Phrogram installation folder.  The package will replace the following content in Phrogram with translated content:

• XML files which translate the IDE and key parts of the Class libaries
• A complete translation of the Beginner's Tutorial
• A translated new program snippet
