When I try to run any of my old KPL v1 programs, I get the following runtime error box:

"Could not load file or assembly 'KPL.Core.Libraries, Version = 1.0.2695.22985, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.  Failed to grant minimum permission requests.  (Exception from HRESULT:0x80131417)"
