Thanks for the report!  Vista is using DirectX 10, of course, and that's only available with Vista yet.  It's unfortunate but understandable if that's not yet compatible with the latest DirectX 9.0c bits.  I wouldn't recommend trying that 9.0c Web installer on your Vista machine to fix this, lol - but I'll ask Andy Dunn, our DirectX guru friend.  He'll know the Vista compatibility scoop.

It's actually very encouraging that everything else in Phrogram is running fine on Vista.  Great news!

We'll sort out the 3D issue too, I'm sure.
