I am doing a science project and I am creating a computer program, in KPL, that will count bacterial colonies. But I wanted to do simulations first. I need help with two things. The first is how to code this: if the pixels are white do not count else count. Then I need it to check the surroundings for black pixels and if it finds one then not to count it. The second is how to upload a picture and analyze it. If you could please help me I would be very grateful! Thank You!
