SMB (initials of well-known game)
Filed under:

SMB was created in 2007 by Dan White, then a student at The Ohio State University. It was submitted as a final project for a course in computational thinking.

Note, this is a thorough rendering - so it's a large download (4.9MB)

The code isn't 5 mb, the image is.

The code itself is only actually 17 kb, or 0.33203125% of the total size. In other words, the code is a miniscule amount of that download.

Amendment to my previous post, as there is no edit button:

Actually, to need that much code for any normal program would be absolutely horrifically oversized. Any compiled Phrogram .exe that is over 768 kb probably needs revision.

Just my thoughts on the matter.
