    Thanks to Jim Halbach for this fascinating program, which uses bi-linear interpolation to expand GOES (Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite) water vapor data. The sample JPEG image shows a map of the US as of 9 Jan 2008. You can download a more current image from http://www.goes.noaa.gov/.
